Population Health Program Analysis

Overview

This project is a comprehensive analysis of Singapore’s Population Health Programme (pilot) in Sembawang and Chua Chu Kang neighborhoods. Our team visualise the data given to gain insights on the impacts of negative habits and the characteristics of unhealthy individuals using Tableau. We proposed a three-step action plan to improve the overall health of residents in Singapore.

Main Challenges

• To define the project scope and ensure data quality after data preprocessing and transformation.
• Understand the most appropriate visualisation to use for different use cases to accurately represent the information we want to deliver in our presentation.

My Contributions

• My main task was to analyse and visualise the reasons of individuals becoming unhealthy and their characteristics.
• I also worked on the proposed action plan using insights gained from our team’s analysis.
